N.B. Can be made more effective when incorporated in a tamper evident feature, or as an integral part of the primary pack. Can be incorporated into tear bands in overwrap films, or as threads embedded into paper substrates. The public must be carefully informed of the precise nature of the effect to look for, or the technology may be imitated by a cheap approximation which lacks the full effect of the original but is sufficiently similar to fool the average User.
Description A hologram normally incorporate an image with some illusion of 3-dimensional construction, or of apparent depth and special separation. A 2D/3D hologram is a laser generated image that has depth and parallax. It uses two dimensional artwork to build a three dimensional picture.
